Honey Apple Trifle
Serves 6-8
1 Honey Cake Loaf
(available at the Bakery Counter)
6 Apples
16 oz Rich's
Whipped Topping
1/4 C Honey
2 T Margarine
2 T Sugar
1 t Cinnamon
1. Peal, core and slice apples.
Melt margarine in a large skillet
over medium high heat. Add apples
and sugar. Sautee until soft. Stir
in cinnamon and let cool.

Mix whipped topping and honey. Whip
according to package directions.

Cube Honey Cake into 1" pieces.
To
Assemble Trifle:
Lay
1/3 of the cubed honey cake into bottom
of a trifle bowl or individual cups.
Top with 1/3 of the apple mixture,
and 1/3 of the honey whipped topping.
Repeat twice until all the apples,
cake, and whipped topping are used.
Sprinkle the top with cinnamon.
