• Crown’s Kosher Meat Department is endorsed and under the strict supervision of the Greater Hartford Kashrut Group.

Glatt Meat Department

• The Hartford Kashrut Commission (HKC)supervises the cutting and packaging of Glatt Kosher cuts of fresh meat at the Crown’s Glatt Meat Department.
• Look for the Day Glow Stickers and all Glatt Meat is packed in black trays.
• All meat is cut….No pre-packaged beef, lamb or veal.We offer a choice of pre-packaged or store cut and packed poultry.
• We offer a complete variety of meat and poultry to make your everyday, Shabbat and holiday meals extra special.
