Ingredients
Ingredients (4–6 people)
1 pound lean ground turkey, beef, or chicken (kosher)
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
Green onions/scallions, chopped
¼ cup lite soy sauce
¼ cup rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon ponzu sauce
1 package wonton wrappers

Preparation Method
In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, garlic, ginger, scallions, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, and ponzu sauce. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
Lay the wonton wrappers on a clean, flat surface.
Place a small amount of the meat mixture in the center of each wrapper.
Dip your finger in warm water and lightly moisten two edges of the wrapper.
Fold the wrapper over the filling and press firmly to seal, or use a dumpling press for consistent shapes.
Cooking Instructions
Heat oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat.
Place the dumplings in the pan, leaving space between each one.
Fry for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown and fully cooked.
